Sit down with our catering staff and plan your event's food and beverage needs. Whether you choose from our wide variety of menus or work with our executive chef to create a customized meal, we offer you delicious food and beverages and first-class service at a competitive price.
Centerplate Catering and Concessions provides high quality catering and concession service exclusively within the Peoria Civic Center. Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the facilities.
A signed Catering Sales Order and deposit should be on file in the Centerplate Catering and Concessions Office 14 days prior to function date in order to ensure food and beverage availability.
Due to insurance regulations, leftover food and/or beverages become property of Centerplate Catering and Concessions and may not be taken from the premises.
