The Tri-Couty (Peoria) Urban League's 10th Annual Black and White Gala will be held in the Ballroom on April 17, 2010. The silent auction and social hour will begin at 5:30 p.m., diner will be at 7 p.m. and the entertainment will begin at 8:30 p.m. This year's event will feature a concert by Gerald Albright. Tickets for dinner and the concert are $125 and are available by calling the Tri-Couty Urban League at 309-672-4354. Tickets for the concert only are $40 and are available beginning March 1, 2010, at the Peoria Civic Center Box Office, all Ticketmaster outlets, by phone at 1-800-745-3000 and online at Ticketmaster.com.
