The Peoria Civic Center provides a comprehensive list of on-site services that make your event planning experience seamless. Since 1982, the Peoria Civic Center has been hosting conventions, meetings, consumer and trade shows, banquets and more. Over 600 events days a year equates to experience you can count on. Our repeat business is a testament to the high level of customer care the PCC staff provides for each and every client.

Catering / Concessions

Food and beverage service at the Peoria Civic Center is provided exclusively by SAVOR...Peoria. The SAVOR team specializes in creating menus that showcase local cuisine expertly prepared and presented to ensure a seamless dining and entertainment experience. SAVOR will work with you to custom create a menu that meets your taste buds and budget.

Please note: No outside food or beverage, including alcohol, may enter the Peoria Civic Center. Trade show exhibitors wishing to sample/sell any food or beverage items during an event must obtain prior approval from SAVOR.

Once your event is booked at the Peoria Civic Center, a Catering/Concessions Manager will be assigned to your event and assist you with event food and beverage decisions.

Catering / Concessions

The Peoria Civic Center is proud to partner with CxT Roasting Company. CxT promises to deliver a full-service espresso bar and other coffee services from a local favorite.

The Café is located in the Great Hall and is open for select Convention Center events.

From carpeting and booth setup to themed decorations, the right decorator can bring your event vision to life. Peoria Expo is the exclusive in-house decorator at Peoria Civic Center.

Audiovisual

The Peoria Civic Center is proud to offer in-house audiovisual equipment rental and services by our team of event professionals. From a simple screen and projector to a large stage production, our experienced event services team can assist in your planning and execution. Click HERE to see a list of in-house equipment rentals. Don't worry - if we don't already own it, we can outsource it for you.

Please note: A/V equipment brought into the Peoria Civic Center from an outside source may be subject to stagehand labor fees.

Once your event is contracted at the Peoria Civic Center, an Event Manager will be assigned to your event and work directly with you to assess what audiovisual needs are required to achieve your event's overall vision. An advanced estimate is available prior to booking.

Security & House Staff

SECURITY: The safety of our guests is top priority at the Peoria Civic Center. The facility is monitored by 24-hour on-site security officers, however individual event security may be necessary. From security personnel to metal detectors, an Event Manager will advise you on any suggested or required security measures to ensure a safe environment for your event attendees.

HOUSE STAFF: The big day is coming and you may need some extra hands to make it run smoothly. The Peoria Civic Center offers staffing services such as ushers, greeters, ticket takers, receptionist and more.

FIRST AID: The Peoria Civic Center has a fully-equipped First Aid room on the first floor of the facility near the Guest Services desk in the Great Hall. A certified nurse is required to be on-duty during events hosting more than 500 attendees. Your event manager will coordinate scheduling based on your event hours.

Once your event is contracted at the Peoria Civic Center, an Event Manager will work directly with you to schedule any necessary staffing for your event.

Toyota Box Office & Ticketing

Consumer shows and other public events may require ticketing for attendees. For your convenience, the Peoria Civic Center offers box office services such as ticket printing via Ticketmaster and ticket sellers. During your event, box office personnel will provide daily reports and a comprehensive final settlement.

Once your event is contracted at the Peoria Civic Center, our Box Office Manager will work directly with you to determine ticketing options, prices and box office staffing for your event.

Business Center

Located just off Exhibit Hall B, the Caterpillar Business Center at the Peoria Civic Center offers a variety of business services for conventions, consumer and trade show attendees and exhibitors. Services available include telephone and internet lines, fax, copier, and computer access.

Adjacent to the Business Center is a lockable 12-person conference room that serves well as a show headquarters or for small pre-con meetings.

An Event Manager will work directly with you to schedule Business Center hours during your event.

Bleacher Rental

Need extra seating for your event? Our portable bleachers allow for an additional 1,900+ seats to be added indoor or outdoor. Each set has 10 rows and a center aisle with ADA handrail. These bleachers set up in minutes and provide better visibility than chair seating.
