Accessible (ADA) Seating

Accessible (ADA) seating is available for all events at the Peoria Civic Center, but it is available on a first-come, first-serve basis, so we encourage you to act as soon as you know you will attend an event. Planning well in advance offers the most options.

You can purchase accessible seats through Ticketmaster.com or visit the Toyota Box Office for accessible seating tickets. Our Box Office staff possesses the most knowledge and familiarity of our venue to assist in accommodations. A valid credit card is required and service fees may apply to all show tickets. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. For more information visit: Ticketing and Box Office

Mobility Needs

For persons using wheelchairs or other mobility devices, there are seats on the concourse level of the Arena between the lower and upper bowls. One guest is welcome to accompany the person using the wheelchair or mobility device.

For guests who are uncomfortable with a large number of steps, we recommend seating on the aisles of the mezzanine section of the arena.

In the Theater, accessible seating is available on the Main Floor, house right, toward the back (Rows V, X and Z). In each of these rows there are two wheelchair spaces and two companion seats for a total of six wheelchair seats and six companion seats. (Rows W and Y have spaces to back wheelchairs in and out.) Patrons can take a ramp from the lobby into the house seating area.

Wheelchairs belonging to the Peoria Civic Center are for medical transport of guests in the event of an emergency and will not be loaned out to visitors at any time.

Parking

The Peoria Civic Center has 25 handicapped parking spaces available in its parking lots – 11 in the Marquee lot and 14 in the Fulton lot. We also have an easily accessible drop-off lane to let your party off near the building. For more information visit: Parking Guide

Hearing Impairments

The Peoria Civic Center Theater has phonic devices to assist guests with hearing impairments. On the night of an event, interested parties should pick up these devices at the Coat Check area in the Theater lobby. We ask that you leave your driver’s license until the device is returned at the end of the event. If you have any questions, please ask an usher.

The Peoria Civic Center can also attempt to arrange for an interpreter, if needed. Please contact the Peoria Civic Center Customer Service as soon as possible (preferably at the time tickets go on sale) and no later than 72 hours prior to the event.

Visual Impairments

Arrangements to accommodate visual impairments may be made for some events through the Peoria Civic Center Box Office. Contact Peoria Civic Center Customer Service regarding questions, concerns, and requests for visually impaired seating. Again, planning in advance offers the most options.
