Buckcherry isn’t afraid to push buttons.  This is the band that vaulted to stardom on the dangerous and dirty fuel of the 1999 smash Lit Up from their gold-selling self-titled debut.  Their 2013 album, Confessions, a bold and brave concept album, tackled the seven deadly sins and courted controversy head-on with razor sharp riffing and pensive, poetic lyricism.  Band members include Josh Todd [vocals], Keith Nelson [guitar], Stevie D. [guitar], Xavier Muriel [drums], and Kelly LeMieux [bass].

Nothing More doesn’t take the stage, they storm it.  Alternating between enormous rock anthems full of technical precision and four man percussion assaults, there is nothing pedestrian about this band.  Welded from discarded truck and motorcycle parts, lead singer Jonny Hawkins’ percussion platform serves as a de-facto drum kit for Hawkins to accentuate and expertly pound rhythms in tandem with drummer Paul OBrien.  From the gut-wrenching, yet sonically distinct riffs of guitarist, Mark Vollelunga, to the thundering and melodic bass of Daniel Oliver or Hawkins’ commanding presence and charismatic delivery of sing-along lyrics that are impossible to ignore; Nothing More is a fierce, snarling juggernaut that holds anyone within earshot or eyeshot hostage until the very last note.

Islander hails from Greenville, SC  and have been playing together since 2006.  Members include: Mikey Carvajal (lead vocals), Chris Doot(Bass), Eric Frazier (Drums), and J.R. Bareis (lead guitar). The band has received support from many big names within the music community.  Sonny Sandoval of P.O.D. said "New school band with old school soul and passion.  Keep your eyes and ears open for these guys!"  Brian "Head" Welch of Korn tweeted "A new, unique, sick band with a CD full of great songs.  You won’t regret getting Islander."  Lacey Sturm of the band Flyleaf tweeted a picture of their album, Violence & Destruction stating it was her "New Favorite Music."

Taxi War Dance offers up emotionally charged music with attention grabbing vocals, blistering guitars, and a muscular rhythm presence.  Members include Jeff Talbert (vocals), Bela McKnight (guitars/vocals), Fish (bass/vocals), and Brett Huntley (drums).  Constant touring has created a very loyal fan base. Intense live shows and audience interaction is Taxi War Dances bread and butter.  Combined, Taxi War Dance has sold over 8000 copies to date of their independent releases.

Motor Biscuit is the “105.7 The X” Official House Band.  Members include: Devon Peterson (Vocals), Nolan Peterson (Lead Guitar and Vocals), Matt Sanudo (Bass Guitar and Vocals), Nick Harding (Rhythm Guitar), and Josh Smith (Drums).  They have provided direct support or opened for over two dozen national acts including: Halestorm, Jackyl, Blue Oyster Cult, Chevelle, Crobot, Nothing More, Like A Storm, 3 Years Hollow, Wayland, Another Lost Year, Bobaflex, Royal Bliss, Dorydrive, amongst others.

The 2015 105.7 The X Spring Fling Freak Fest is brought to you by Phoenix Premium Vapor Products and Bud Light.
