AXS Ticketing FAQ
How can I buy tickets?
Find your event on AXS.com or AXS App and simply click “Get Tickets”. The site or app will walk you through the steps to complete your purchase. Then we we’ll see you at the event!
AXS cannot validate any tickets purchased from Craigslist, eBay, or any unauthorized third party vendor. Tickets purchased through vendors such as these might be lost, stolen, counterfeit, or voided by the original purchaser.
We only recommend purchasing tickets from AXS.com, AXS App, the AXS Fan Support call center, the venue box office, or the official venue website for any AXS ticketed event.
What's a "Waiting Room"?
On our busiest events, we add a virtual waiting room where fans can wait in before the event goes onsale. The area typically opens 30 minutes before the onsale begins. Here’s a few more things to know about the waiting room:
Stopping bots. We want fans like you to get the best tickets and the waiting room gives us an opportunity to filter out people who use technology to get the best seats and sell them for an inflated price.
Traffic control. The waiting room helps us get fans to the tickets as quickly as possible for the most popular events.
It’s not a queue! The waiting room is a holding area – getting there 30 minutes before is no different to joining 1 minute before.
Online only. We only have this waiting room online, not on the phone lines.
Don't refresh your screen. Once you're in the waiting room, t’s best to wait. You’ll be processed through to the onsale as quickly as possible.
For popular shows, if there’s any extra dates added we’ll tell people in the waiting rooms first – giving them a link for the new show.
Please note that a place in the Waiting Room does not guarantee the availability of tickets!
What payment methods can I use when buying tickets?
Most major credit cards are accepted for purchases, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Many ticket offers will also allow PayPal to be used as a method of payment.
Exceptionally, some pre-sales will restrict method of payment options to exclusive payment types, and international credit cards cannot be used to purchase resale tickets.
What are Resale Tickets?
Resale tickets give you more ways to see your favorite artists and teams. When fans have tickets they can’t use, they can list them for sale with AXS. You’ll see these tickets labeled as “resale” and available for purchase on the seat map or ticket page for events. Once purchased, AXS processes the payment and handles the ticket delivery, so buyers and sellers never need to interact with each other. As the official ticket source for our events, AXS also guarantees every ticket is 100% valid. Buying resale tickets from other fans with AXS is safe, simple, and worry-free. Currently resale tickets are available for select events, but they’ll be offered for more and more events in the future.
What is AXS Premium?
AXS Premium tickets give all fans safe and easy access to incredible tickets at market driven prices for many of the most popular events. These in-demand tickets to concerts and other events are made available by artists and event organizers through AXS.
AXS Premium tickets are available for select events only. If available, you’ll see them on the event page under the event info.
What is ticket insurance?
Get peace of mind with your ticket purchase. When you add optional ticket insurance during checkout, you can get a refund for your order if you can’t make it to the event for a covered reason. You’ll get 100% of your money back, including all fees, taxes, and shipping charges.
Ticket insurance is offered by Allianz Global Assistance, and you’ll see a separate charge from them if you decide to add insurance. You’ll also receive a separate email containing your insurance policy number and a Certificate of Insurance/Policy.
How do I create an AXS Account?
There are a few options for creating and setting up an AXS account:
