Accessible (ADA) seating is available for all events at the Peoria Civic Center, but it is available on a first-come, first-serve basis, so we encourage you to act as soon as you know you will attend an event. Planning well in advance offers the most options.

AMERICAN THEATRE GUILD
The American Theatre Guild is our Broadway in Peoria partner. The American Theatre Guild is a not-for-profit, tax-exempt, civic performing arts organization dedicated to providing the experience of live theatre to foster passion, inspire creativity and empower students and under-served community members. Presenting national tours of Broadway musicals in performing arts centers around the country, The American Theatre Guild provides an important cultural resource to more than 45,000 season members and 300,000 patrons each year.
ANIMALS
Animals are prohibited in the Peoria Civic Center with the exception of service animals assisting ADA patrons.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Birthday/anniversary announcements cannot be made during Peoria Civic Center concerts or other events. Contact the Rivermen at (309) 676-1040 or Bradley Athletics directly at (309) 677-2682 for announcement guidelines pertaining to their events.
ATMS
We have a 24-Hour Cash machine located outside the Toyota Box Office (off of Jefferson Avenue) and in other various locations throughout the facility.
Peoria Civic Center does not accept cash at our concession stands or parking lots.
AVANTI'S RISTORANTE
Avanti's Ristorante has a dedicated concession stand within the Arena offering Avanti’s famous Gondolas, toasted ham & cheese, and pizza bread sandwiches along with a variety of chips and beverage options.
CAMERA & RECORDINGS POLICIES
Professional cameras and video/audio recorders are not permitted. Most shows will allow small non-professional cameras and cell phones to be used. At the request of the show or artist, photography or cell phone use may be restricted or not allowed.
CAPACITY
Seating capacities vary for every Peoria Civic Center event depending on the set-up of the event.
CASHLESS TRANSACTIONS
Cashless transactions are required at all concession stands, bars and parking lots. Cashless transactions are preferred at the Box Office and Merchandise Stands.
CLEANING PROCEDURES
Staff are conducting additional sanitizing of high-volume areas through the venue. Hand cleaning of all horizontal and frequently contacted surfaces such as door handles, elevator controls, light switches, tables, seating, handrails, restroom fixtures, production equipment and more are taking place with increased frequency. An aerosolized disinfection solution is being applied to frequently touched surfaces and/or an electrostatic disinfection spray is being applied on areas such as tables, chairs and carpet in frequently traveled areas.
Carpets are being cleaned in all entryways on a regular basis and in high use areas. We are applying an EPA-registered, healthcare-grade disinfectant during this step of the process. Large open areas are being treated with an aerosolized EPA-registered, healthcare-grade disinfectant into the atmosphere of the area and on horizontal surfaces.
CLEAR BAG POLICY
Each guest will be allowed to carry in one (1) clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bag that does not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” or one (1), one-gallon clear plastic bag. In addition to a clear plastic bag each guest will be allowed to carry in one (1) small clutch that does not exceed 5” x 8”. Diaper bags (with a child age 3 and under) and bags carrying medically necessary items will be allowed after a visual inspection inside the bag is completed by security.

As Fans, Patrons expect an environment in which they will be treated in a consistent, professional, and courteous manner by all facility staff and team personnel. Facility staff and team personnel have the same expectation. Accordingly, Patrons are responsible for their own conduct.

CXT ROASTING COMPANY CAFE
CxT Roasting Company operates a full-service espresso bar and other coffee services from a stand located in the Great Hall. The café is open for select convention events.
DOORDASH
The Peoria Civic Center, as well as other ASM Global SAVOR venues, have integrated DoorDash’s dynamic platform into their hospitality offerings, providing a uniform mobile food and beverage ordering experience for guests.
While on-site, fans/guests will be able to scan a QR code, download or open their DoorDash app to access the venue’s concession menus and premium experience options. This partnership is yet another example of ASM Global’s commitment and industry-leading efforts toward redefining and continuously enhancing the fan experience.
DoorDash ordering is available for events in the Peoria Civic Center Arena.

FIREARMS / WEAPONS
Firearms and/or concealed handguns with or without a license are NOT permitted at the Peoria Civic Center. If any guest arrives at the facility with a firearm, they will be instructed to return the weapon to their car.

The Lexus Club room is located on the mezzanine level just above the Great Hall with access into the Arena at the Peoria Civic Center. This space is the ideal location for upscale receptions, social gatherings or business presentations.

NO RE-ENTRY
Peoria Civic Center has a "no re-entry" policy during Arena and Theater events. Patrons who exit the venue for any reason, including to smoke, will not be allowed to re-enter the facility.
NURSING MOTHER'S ROOM
The first aid station located in the Great Hall is available for nursing mothers. No storage or refrigeration is available and all belongings must be taken out of the room after use.
PCC INSIDER PRESALE
Sign up to be a PCC Insider! PCC Insiders receive presale codes via email before shows go on sale and other special ticket offers. PCC Presale codes are typically sent the afternoon before an event presale starts.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
The Peoria Civic Center management reserves the right to prohibit any item from entering the premises. All patrons and their belongings are subject to search prior to entry and once inside the building. If a prohibited item is brought into the facility you can throw it away or take it to your car. The Peoria Civic Center will not hold any items.

RISK DISCLOSURE
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 (corona virus) exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is a contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By purchasing or otherwise accepting a ticket to an Event, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By attending an Event, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold event organizers, venue operators, managers and venue owners and their agents and their contractors, liable for any COVID-19 illness or injury in connection with you or your guests’ attendance at an Event.
SECURITY
For all Theater or Arena shows guests will enter through metal detectors (electronic magnetometers), bags will be checked and guests will be required to remove hats and empty pockets of all items prior to scanning.

SENSORY KITS
Sensory kits are available at the Theater Guest Services counter to check out at no cost during Theater Events. Sensory kits contain a variety of sensory-processing tools.
SMOKING
Smoking inside the Peoria Civic Center is prohibited by law. The Peoria Civic Center treats Electronic cigarettes like regular cigarettes. Smoking areas are located outside the facility. Signs are posted to assist you.
The venue has a no re-entry policy for Theater and Arena events. Patrons who exit the venue for any reason, including to smoke, will not be allowed to re-enter the facility.
SOLICITATION
The distribution of promotional items, flyers, pamphlets, printed materials, as well as the solicitation of signatures and autographs, is not permitted on Peoria Civic Center property without prior, written authorization from venue management.

TICKET RESELLING
The resale or attempted reselling of tickets on Peoria Civic Center property is prohibited by law. Violators will be removed from the premises and subject to arrest and prosecution as appropriate.
