In addition to the Ballroom, there are 16 meeting rooms on the first and second levels of the Peoria Civic Center for additional 17,000 square feet of meeting space. These rooms vary in size ranging from 500 sq.ft. to 7,300 sq.ft. Rooms can be set theater, classroom or banquet style to accommodate event needs.

First Floor meeting rooms are located off the Skylight Lobby across from Halls A and B: 134, 135, 136

Second Floor meeting rooms are accessible via steps or elevator from the Skylight Lobby: 200-203, 209-213, 218, 220-222

Meeting Room rental includes bare tables, chairs, initial room setup, energy (house lighting and HVAC), house sound, wired microphone, podium and an event manager. Basic linens are also provided with SAVOR food service.

FOOD & BEVERAGE at the Peoria Civic Center is provided exclusively by SAVOR. Our catering managers work with each event to create a custom menu that will satisfy taste buds within your budget.

AUDIO-VISUAL is convenient with the PCC's in-house A/V team. From microphones, lighting and IMAG, our professional A/V team can meet your production needs for live entertainment or business presentations. (Note: Any A/V production from an outside source may be subject to union stagehand fees.)
