Assist the Sales Manager / Director of Sales & Marketing in achieving established business sales goals. Generate sales through follow up to in-bound communications from interested parties and outreach to businesses and the community.
Direct the safe and orderly flow of guest traffic upon entry and exit from venues throughout the Peoria Civic Center while providing excellent customer service with a courteous and friendly demeanor.
The Part-time Ticket Seller provides excellent service to customers seeking to purchase tickets for Peoria Civic Center events by explaining available seating options and facilitating ticket sales.
The Ticket Seller Supervisor supports Box Office operations at the Peoria Civic Center through supervision of part-time ticket sellers during evening and weekend events.
Functions as communication and coordination liaison between facility Food & Beverage management and third-party caterers. Assists the Food and Beverage Manager in planning and directing concessions and banquet activities during events.
Provide police officer security for select events at the Peoria Civic Center
Clean assigned areas of the Civic Center.
Serve Peoria Civic Center guests by ringing food and beverage orders, preparing food and beverage items, maintaining safety and cleanliness of preparation and serving areas. Pay is $13.50/hr. plus tips.
Patrol the Peoria Civic Center facilities and grounds to prevent loss due to theft, fire, vandalism, and other hazards.
