Peoria Civic Center is your place for entertainment in Central Illinois! Tickets for all public events held in the venue are available for purchase at the Toyota Box Office, Ticketmaster.com, or AXS.com.

The Toyota Box Office is located inside the venue and can only be accessed via the entrance doors off of the Marquee Parking Lot when events are not taking place. Click here for map.

Box Office Hours

The Toyota Box Office is open Fridays from 10am - 2pm.

On event days, the Box Office will open 90 minutes prior to the event. See upcoming events here.

Purchasing Tickets

Tickets for events at the Peoria Civic Center can be purchased at Ticketmaster.com/AXS.com* or at the Toyota Box Office. Ticket sales are not available by phone or email.

Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds. Refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances such as a cancelled or rescheduled event. Tickets are subject to additional fees. Most ticket offers are valid online only, not valid on previously purchased tickets and subject to end without notice.

Disclaimer: Tickets purchased by an unauthorized ticket distributor or third party may not be valid and cannot be guaranteed by Peoria Civic Center. Patrons with invalid tickets are welcome to purchase tickets at the Toyota Box Office; prices and seating subject to availability.

Payment Types

The Toyota Box Office accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. NO CHECKS are accepted at the Toyota Box Office.

Will Call

Tickets held at Will Call can be picked up anytime during regular box office hours or 90 minutes hours prior to the show. Customers must present a valid form of identification, the credit card used in the transaction or the confirmation number.

*Note that it is common for many tickets such as VIP packages, tickets left by a team or artist, and those purchased through an artist fan club to only be available for pick up on the day of the show. Please ask for and pay attention to delivery specifics when you arrange for your tickets.*

Accessibility

Accessible (ADA) seating is available for all events at the Peoria Civic Center, but it is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and planning in advance offers the most options.

Resale Tickets

Peoria Civic Center and the Toyota Box Office wants patrons to be aware that Ticketmaster.com and Axs.com are the ONLY sites that verify that tickets are legitimate for resale. All re-sale tickets on Ticketmaster.com and Axs.com are electronically verified as the actual ticket before they are allowed to be re-sold to another person which eliminates the possibility of fraud. If you buy tickets from any other site you are taking the chance that your tickets will be rejected when scanned at the venue.

If you choose to buy re-sale tickets, it’s important that you use Ticketmaster.com or AXS.com only because re-sale sites can’t guarantee that the ticket is the original. Other sites may say they have a “guarantee” but that may only cover a refund for the price of the ticket and if you traveled from far away, stayed in a hotel, etc., it makes the frustration that much worse.

Many times a person will sell the same exact ticket on multiple sites and even if it’s a valid original only the first person who has the barcode scanned at the arena gets into the show and others are rejected.

NEVER send photos of your tickets to anyone or post photos of tickets on social media. The barcodes maybe used to gain entry.
