Can I add my mobile ticket to my Apple Wallet or Google Pay?
Yes, when you access your mobile ticket in the Ticketmaster app you will see the option to add to Apple Wallet (iOS) or Google Pay (Android) on the front of your ticket underneath the rotating barcode and event information. Click this button to add to your Apple or Google Pay wallet.

What are the benefits of adding tickets to my mobile wallet?
By adding tickets to your mobile wallet, you will be able to access them regardless of cell service. Also, when you add a SafeTix ticket to your mobile wallet on a phone equipped with near-field communications (NFC), you will receive an NFC pass, meaning you can simply tap and go at the venue.

In the Ticketmaster app, sign in to your account.
Tap My Events to view your order.
Tap on Add to Apple Wallet

How do I add my ticket to Google Pay?

In your Ticketmaster account, tap on My Events to locate your order.
Tap your order to view tickets.
Tap the Save to Google Pay button.

If you don’t have the Google Pay app installed, this button will open a web page where you can finish up.

What is AXS Mobile ID?

AXS Mobile ID is a digital ticket you use with your phone. This revolving QR code resets every 60 seconds to ensure the most secure ticketing experience for fans.

Do I need the AXS app to access my tickets?

Yes. Our patented AXS Mobile ID is the most secure form of ticketing on the market and ensures our fans have a trusted experience. Because of its unique design, the AXS Mobile ID cannot be sent through a standard email, so we use the AXS App to host this technology.

How can I see my AXS Mobile ID?
After you log into the AXS app, you can pull up your AXS Mobile ID in a few different ways. Tapping the ticket icon in the bottom menu will automatically pull up your AXS Mobile ID or show you a list of your upcoming events which you can select individually. You can also tap the middle icon in the bottom menu to view your AXS Mobile ID.

What if there's no internet access at the venue?
Your AXS ID will still generate even if there is no internet connection or wi-fi. All you need to do is make sure you login to your account on the app at least once with a connection. After that, you will see a prompt at the top of the screen when the app notices connection issues so you can access your tickets offline.
