- Clear Bag Policy: Only Clear bags (smaller than 12x12x6'') or a wallet/clutch (smaller than 5x8'') are allowed. Gallon ziplocks work great! Diaper bags (with a child age 3 and under) and bags carrying medically necessary items will be allowed after a visual inspection inside the bag is completed by security. Strollers are not permitted through security.
- Cashless: Cashless transactions are required at all concession stands & parking lots.
- Re-entry is not permitted for Theater or Arena events.

Toyota Box Office
- The Toyota Box Office is open Fridays from 10am - 2pm.
- On event days, the Box Office will open 90 minutes prior to the event. Find a weekly schedule of hours here.
